Confidentiality

The information disclosed by counsel-me clients are considered confidential and may not be used in anyway without a written permission from the clients themselves. However, exceptions may apply to the clients’ confidentiality as per law requirements: in case of any evidence or suspicion of abuse or danger to oneself or to others.

Cancellation, Re-Schedule, Refund Policy

We, Counsel-me team care to provide our clients with quality service. Online therapy has the benefit of reaching a bigger number of people because it saves us time and cost. That is why our team is diligent about appointments. Cancelling an appointment requires a 24 full hours’ prior notice to be rescheduled or refunded. If a client decided to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a 24 hours in advance notice, they will be charged a 50% of their fees, unless there is a life threatening emergency.

In cases of clients who buy a full package and decides to quit therapy at any time, charges will be adjusted and the cost of sessions attended will be deducted (regular value) and the clients will be refunded. Refunding requests need to be submitted in writing at least 24 hours before any scheduled session.

Notice of Changes

Counsel-me website reserves the right to update or change its policies or disclaimer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting it to the website. The website management though may sometimes post a notice on the home page to notify its users of any changes or updates. We encourage our users to often review the disclaimer for any changes.
